Your eye decides what a real audience sees. NO AI. We want your human judgment and taste. Write every answer yourself, in your own words. Short and plain is fine. This is ongoing, paid work. Remote, on your own schedule. To qualify, take the short screening: watch a few pairs of the same clip, pick the better cut, and say why in a line or two. Strong visual judgment and attention to detail matter more than years of experience. No editing skills or resume needed.
