When you connect your YouTube channel to Palisade Social, you grant us access to your Google account data through the YouTube Data API v3. We request only two permissions, and we use each one solely as described below:
youtube.upload) — used to publish the short-form clips we produce for you directly to your own channel, held as unlisted for your review before you decide to publish.youtube.readonly) — used one time, immediately after you connect, to confirm which channel your authorization controls, so we upload to the correct channel and never the wrong one. Palisade Social’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the clip-publishing service you requested. No humans read this data except where required for security, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.
Your control. You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We store only a revocable refresh token — never your Google password — and we delete it upon your request or revocation.
